Gloves ZETEX ®
is a tissue mineral fiber amorphous silicon textured or fiberglass, ideal to replace Asbestos or Asbestos. The constituent material of Zetex ® and tissue engineering applied to the yarn, give the following properties:
High temperature resistance: 590 º C and 1090 º C for ZetexPlus Zetex ® and ®, respectively. For comparison purposes it is worth noting that the Kevlar ® instantly combusts approximately 980 º C. Another salient property is the low thermal conductivity, measured by the coefficient K expressed in Anglo-Saxon, in BTU / (inches per hour x pulgada2 x º F).
